At the residence of Mrs. Smith, aunt
of the bride, Miss Virginia L. Smith of
Forsyth Ga., was married to Mr, L. A,
Tison on June 23rd by Rev. Dr, Hunni
cut. Mr. 1,. A. Tison was formerly a
citizen of Lee.
A horse owned by Mr. Ragan killed
himself last Tuesday. The animal bezame
frightened and broke to run, and owing
to the fact that the horse could not see,
struck a tree with his head and fell dead
A young son of Mr Ragan was driving
the hourse at the time but seeing that he
could not hold the horse jumped from the
wagon and was unhurt.
