into the General Alssembly of Georgia, now in ses
sion, a bill, the title of which shall lead as follows.
“An Act (to be) entitled an act to amend an Act
to establish the City Court of Leesburg, in and for
the County of Lee, to define its jurisdiction and pow
ers, to provide for the appointment of a Judge and
Solicitor-General, and other officers thereof, and to
define their powers and dutigs, to provide for pleading
and practice and new trials therein, und wiits of er
ror tficrefrom,anu' for other purposes,’” Approved
August 21st., 1905 (see Acts of 1905, pp-266-276) by
amending sections 4 and 6 of said Act, so as to change
the mode of selecting the Judge and Solicitor-Gener:l
of suid City Court of Leesbur;i, by providiag that
the jud-e and Solicitor-General thereof shall be éimsen
and elected by the qualified voters of the county of
L:e and tor other purposes.
