GEORGIA—Lee County.
Under and by virtue of the power
of sale vested in the undersigned by
deed made and delivered to him
by Frank Laramore, Sr., and Delia |
Laramore dated March 10, 1921, and |
recorded in the office of Clerk' of
Lee Superior Court in Book of Deeds
N, pages 124 and 126 on Magch 11,
1921, the undersigned as the legal
owner and holder of all remedies and
powers and rights contained in said
deed will sell at public outcry to the
highest bidder for cash on the first
Tuesday in January 1924, before the
Courthouse door in Leesburg, Geor
gia, between the legal hours of ser
if’s sale the following realty, to-wit:
All of that tract or parcel of
land in the 14th land District of said
County and known and distinguished
in the plan of said land district as
lot of land number eighty-six, con
taining two hundred and two and
one-half acres, more or less, _the
same being that lot of land deeded to
said parties of the first part et al
by Allen Fort, said deed being re
corded in Clerk’s office of said Coun
ty in Book D, page 186.
Said lands will be sold as the prop
erty of Delia Laramore, whe is now
in life and Frank Laramore, Sr., de
ceased to pay the indebtedness re
ferred to in said deed, to-wit: Two
promissory notes dated March 10,
1921 and one due March 10, 1922
and one due March 10, 1923, each
for the principal sum of fifteen
hundred dollars, and each of said
notes bearing interest from its date
at eight per cent per annum and
each providing for ten per cent as
attorney’s fees in the event said
notes are not paid upon maturity
and are placed in the hands of an
attorney for collection. There have
been payments upon said notes as
follows, to-wit: February 23, 1922
of one hundred dollars and April 1,
1922 of one hundred. and forty dol
lars. Each of said notes are past
‘due and are in default and now
therefore under the terms of said
deed said lands will’ be sold to" pay
said entire indebtedness and in ad
dition thereto all of the costs of this
proceedings and expenses connected
therewith. Default having been
made both by said Delia Laramore
and by the estate of Frank Lara
more, Sr., deceased in the payment
of said indebtedness, and the same
remaining unpaid and demand having
been made for the payment of the
same, the power of sale in said deed
has been and now is operative. The
proceeds of said sale will be first
applied to the payment of said in
debtedness and all cost and expenses
of this proceeding, and the balance,
if any paid to Delia Laramore and
to the Estate of Frank Laramore,
Sr., deceased. A deed will be made
to the purchaser at said sale as pro
vided in ssid loan deed.
