The undersignod prepared, in 1870-1, an abstract of all titles from the ltecorda of Ulynu county, dat ing from 170’, aud subsequently brought said book up to 1874, making it a complete abstract to hook T, the present record book ol the county, with tlio ex ception of two books, Rand 8, which abstracts, since tho recent destruction of the records, are the only data lu relation to the titles of Glynn county for tho time named, with the exception of book N, which was saved with book T. Ho has opened an office, and *111 keep It open for examination of titles for cash compensation, as per ssheduloof foes in oi* fice, the examination to be only of the title, and any legal opinion thereon to be paid for separately.
