Brnnawlck in Connell assembled. do hereby ordain,
that the above redted ordinance be amended by
atrlklng ont the third and tblHy-eeeond paugnpba
of the Brat section of the said ordtnanoe.
Sxo. 3, And be it further ordained that the Bald
ordinance be farther amended to atrlklng ont the
word, -and the tax required by the Slat paragraph
of this section on each wagon, dray, cart, carriages
or boggy need by the keeper thereof” In the Slat
paragraph of the aaid eeeond section, and Inserting
In Bed thereof the following winds: “end live and
twenty-fiva one hundredth, dollars for each double
or single vehicle need by the beeper thereof.

ordinance be farther emended by striking ont the
words “for each bench" In the diet paragraph of the

ordinance be farther amended by atrlklng ont
the word “thirty.” In the sixty-ninth par.
