Mr. Daniels informs us thnt he has abandoned his brick project at Myers Landing, having fonud that the clay at that point iB thoroughly impreg nated with lime, which renders it un fit for brick. Those mentioned by us lost week as Laving been made there twenty-fivo years ago were from a thin strata near tbe surface, and not enough to warrant tbe erection of works of sufficient capacity to Bupply onr increasing demands. The whole job is a credit to the B. & A. Railroad, and proves what can be done at home when we so will, and that, too, at a cost qf $706 less than it could have been purchased for else where.
