1st. This Fair shall he open to competition to res
idents of the counties of Glynn, Charlton, Camden,
Mclutosh. Pierce, Ware, Wayne and Liberty, who
are cordially invited to enter exhibta and compete
for premium*.
2d. No animal or article shall bo ontereil to com
pote for more than ouu premium.
•'Id. All animals shall be entered in the names of
the owners thereof; all articles In the names of el-
tlier the manufacturers, the producer* or tho fac
tors thereof.
4th. No i.ulmai or articlo entered shall be re
moved from tho Fair durtng its continuance, ox-
eept ou tue written permit of the Secretary of the
Society.
5th. No animal or article will be awarded a pre
mium un ess there is competition, but Judges will
have the power to make special awards.
nth. The Society will furnish feed for stock and as
sistance to care for tho same.

Tho undersigned prepared, in 1870 1. an abatract
of all titles from tho Records of Glynn county, dat
ing from 170'.and subsequently brought said book
up to 1874, making it a complete abatract to book T
tho present record book ot the county, with the ex
ception ot two books, Rand 8. which abatract*
since tho recent destruction of the rocorda, are the
only data in relation to the titles of Glynn county
for the time named, with the exception of book N,
Which was saved with book T. He has opened an
office, and will keep It open for examination of titles
for cash compensation, as per schedule of fees in of
fice, the examination to be only of the title, and any
legal opinion thereon to be paid for separately.
