To repeal an ordinance entitled “an
ordinance to secure the clennliuuss
and to promote and preserve the
Lenltbfuluess of tbe city of Bruns
wick, prescribe penalties for a vio
lation of tbe snihe, nnd for otber
purposes therein mentioned,” psssed
in Couucil ou the Ktb day of May,
1882, except sections seven ind ten
of the said ordinance.
Section 1. Tbe Mayor and Council of the city of
Brunswick, in Council sveembled, do hereby ordain
fhat the above recited ordinance, except aeVcUtb

lu reby repeal od,
sac. *2. And be it further ordained, That all ordi
nance* and part* of ordiiumv* in conflict with tbi*
