A compromise between two of Cap tain King’s daughters, Misses May and Florie, was consummated last Saturday night, by jointly celebrating the anniversaries of their birth-days only four days apart. The occasion was a pleasant ono indeed. Their friends and those of their good par ents assembled in honor ot the occa sion, enjoyed themselves very much. The younger ones tripped the light fantnstic, whilst the older ones sat in the corner and lived over ngain the past in the enjoyment of their chil dren’s happiness.
