Ordinances of said city, and certain
Rules of Council, und for other pur
poses therein mentioned.
Section 1. Re it ordained by the Mayor and
Council of tho city of Brunswick, aud it I* hereby
ordained by authority of the same, That tbo Codo
of Ordinances and Halo* of Council of said city,
prepared by G. B. Mabry in 1834. under the authori
ty of the Mayor and Connell, and by them ftilly ex
amined and approved, be and the same are hereby
adopted a* the Codo of Ordinances and B”lesof
Council for tho city of Brunswick, to bo of force
and take effect therein ou an after tbo passage and
publication of tbi* ordinance. g
Sec. 2. And he it further ordained by the author
ity aforesaid, That all ordinance* not contained in
aald code (except the ordinances passed since the
framing of aaid cods) be and the same are hereby
repealed, to take effect on and nfter the passage and
publication of tbi* ordinance.
