The exact method adopted by the government is not precisely known, but it is known that the names vill be drawn by numbers and that each man who registered on June sth is numbered in each county up to he number registered in the county. Therefore, when a number is drawn it will apply in every county in the Jnited States, and as the announcement from Washington will be made only by numbers, every subscriber md reader of The Tribune-News should keep this issue of the paper, or so much of it as contains this list, so hat he may readily know who has been drawn for army duty as soon as the announcement from Washing on comes. 1 he draw ing w ill likely take place next Saturday when 687,000 will be selected for the first national w ar army from the millions registered on June sth.
