litic under the name and style of
WARNER MINING COMPANY,
for a period of twenty years with the
privilege of renewal at the end of that
time.

The capital stock of said corpora
tion is to be Ten Thousand Dollars di
vided into shares of One Hundred Dol
lars each, with the privilege of in
creasing the same from time to time
in an amount not exceeding in the ag
gregate Fifty Thousand Dollars, not
less than Ten per cent, of said capi
tal stock to be paid in either in cash,
cr property or both at such valuation
as petitioners deem fair.

The object of said corporation is
pecuniary gain to its stockholders, and
the business thereof is to be that of
mining and selling Bauxite, iron Ore,
Manganese, and such other ores and
minerals as petitioners or said corpor
ation may desire, the right to con
struct and operate spur tracks, rail
roads for private use, tramways, and
tc do any other act usual or incident
to or which may facilitate mining op
erations; the leasing, owning and sell
ing of real estate, mineral lands, ores
and minerals of all sorts; the buying
and selling of goods, wares and mer
chandise, and the doirig of any other
act which may promote or facilitate
any business as above Indicated in
which said corporation may engage,
with the right to sue and be sued,
make by-laws binding on its stock
holders, and with all the rights,, privi
leges and powers incident to such cor
porations.

The principal office and place of bus
iness of said corporation shall he at
Adafrsville, Bartow County, Georgia,
with the right and privilege to estab
lish branch offices elsewhere" within
or without said State as petitioners or
said corporation may desire.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray for
all of the foregoing rights, privileges
and powers and that they be made a
body corporate as aforesaid with all
the rights, privileges and powers inci
dent to corporations of like nature.
