discharged from her administration,

Term, 1917, Superior Court of Bartow
county, Georgia, the undersigned re
ceiver will sell before the Court House
door in Cartersville, Georgia, on the
first Tuesday in November, 1917, at
public outcry to the highest bidder be
tween the legal hours of sale that eer

from W. A. Jolly, and more fully des
cribed as follows:
That certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the Seventeenth
District and Third Section of Bartow
County, Georgia, to-wit: A certain
farm supposed to contain four hundred
sixty acres, more or less, formerly
known as the Terhune place, and also
sometimes known as the Huson place,
and being the farm conveyed by Mrs.
John W. Akin as executrix of the es

January 21, 1999 and recorded in
Clerk’s Office, Bartow Superior Court,

in Minute Book “P”, page 572. Terms of sale are cash, but a reasonable

The purchasers of these lots will have the right to the undivided use ot
