All that certain tract or parcel of

to the starting point. Deed of recon
veyance having been filed and record
ed in the Clerk’s Office of the Superior

property being levied upon under and
by virtue of au execution issued from
the City Court of Cartersville, Bartow
County, Georgia, in favor of J. A.
White against R. E. Wilson, as the
property of defendant in fi fa.

revolving Cheese Knife, Levied on and
will be sold as the property of K. D.

can why said Mrs. Annie Horan, ad
ministratrix aforesaid, should not be
discharged from her administration,
and receive letters of dismission on
