UGH! ACID STOMACH,
SOURNESS, HEARTBURN,
GAS OR INDIGESTION.
The Moment “Pape’s Diapepsin”
Reaches the Stomach all
Distress Goes.
Do some foods you eat hit back—
taste good, hut work badly; ferment
into acids and cause a sick, sour, gassy
stomach? Now, Mr. or Mrs. Dyspeptic,
jot this down: Pape’s Diapepsin helps
neutralize the excessive acids in the
stomach so your food won't sour and
upset you. There never was anything
so safely quick, sOv.certainly effective.
Nn difference how badly yourr stomach
is upset you usually get happy relief in
five minutes, but what pleases you
most is that it helps to regulate your
stomach so you can eat vour favorite
foods without fear.
Most remedies give you relief some
times —they are slow, but not sure.
“Pape’s Diapepsin” is positive in neu
tralizing the acidity, so the misery
won’t come back very quickly.
You feel different as soon as “Pape’s
Diapepsin” comes' in contact with the
stomach —distress just vanishes —your
stomach gets sweet, no gases, no
belching, no eructations of undigested
food, your head clears and you feel
fine.
Go now, make the best investment
you ever made, by getting a large
fifi y-cents case of Pape’s Diapepsin
from any drug store. You realize in
five minutes how needless it is to
suffer from indigestion, dyspepsia, or
any stomach disorder, due to acid fer
mentation. —Advt.
go-to-sunday school day s
AT SAM JONES MEMORIAL.
The Sam Jones Memorial Sunday
School hopes to have 500 present next
Sunday and desires that each class be
filled to overflowing by old and new
members. “
Committees on invitation have been
appointed hut if they fail to get to you,
please remember and know that we
want you and expect you and yours to
give us your presence on this day.
Now come and see if your friends, your
neighbors, yourself and the Lord don’t
love and respect you more hereafter.
Tell your friend to come, if you have
one.
We are going to expect, at least, the
cooperation of our own denomination
on this day.
We will follow the program of the
Georgia Sunday School Association.
, C. C. PITTMAN,
Superintendent.
FIFTEEN MILLION EXPECTED AT
SUNDAY SCHOOL NEXT SUNDAY.
Next Sunday, November the 4th, is
iDternatioal Go-To-Sundav School Day.
The last reports from the Sunday
School fields indicate a probable at
tendance of fifteen million on that day.
It is said that the average atten
dance under usual conditions in the
Sunday Schools of America, is between
ten and eleven million a Sunday, and a
conservative estimate indicates from
forty to fifty per cent, increase atten
dance.
Ail denominations are working to
gether in this campaign which covers
North America. Information has been
received to the effect that the Sunday
Schools throughout, Georgia are en
thusiastic over the prospect and that
many Sunday Schools expect to double
their atetndance.
The Slogan of the campaign is
"Everybody invited, everybody wel
come, everybody come” and is being
broadly advertised. The officers of the
Georgia Sunday School Association
who are directing the campaign in
this State in co-operation with leaders
holding similar positions in other
states and in the provinces of Canada,
are said to be more than pleased with
the present prospect.
A large number of Sunday Schools
of all denominations throughout Geor
gia, have already indicated their inten
tions of observing the day and an ac
tive campaign is being carried on.
MOTHER! DON'T TAKE
CHANCES IF CHILD’S
TONGUE IS COATED.
If Cross, Feyerish, Sick, Bilious, Clean
Little Liver and BoweLs.
A laxative today saves a sick child
tomorrow. Children simply will not
take the time from play to empty their
bowels, which become clogged up with
v, aste. liver gets sluggish, stomach
sour.
Look ai the tongue, Mother! It
coated, or your child is listless, cross,
feverish, breath bad, restless, doesn’t
gut heartily, full of cold or has sore
throat or any other children’s ailments,
give a teaspoonful of “California Syrup
cf Eigs,” then don't worry, because it
is perfectly harmless, and in a few
hours ail this constipation poison, sour
bile and fermenting waste will gently
move out of the bowels, and you have
a well, playful child again. A thor
ough “inside cleansing’’ is oftimes all
that is necessary. It should be the
first treatment given in any sickness.
Beware of counterfeiit fig syrups.
Ask your druggist for a bottle of "Cali
fornia Syrup of Figs,’’ which has full
directions for babies, children of all
ages and for grown-ups plainly printed
on the bottle. Look carefully and see
that it is made by the ‘‘California Fig
Sy ru p Com pa ny.”—Ad vt.
Their* Is more Catarrh in this section of the
country than all other diseases put together, and
until the last few years was supposed to be
incurable. For a great many years doctors
pronounced it a local disease and prescribed local
"remedies, and by constantly failing to cure with
local treatment, pronounced it incurable. Science
has proven Catarrh to be a constitutional disease,
and therefore requires constitutional treatment.
