plication with the Railroad Commis
sion of Georgia to increase its gas
rates to *2.25 per 1000 cu. ft. per
month -ubject to discount of 10c per
1000 cu. ft. on all bills paid on or be
fore the 10th of the month, with a
minimum charge per month per cus
tomer of $1.50.
This application has been assign
ed for hearing before the Commis
sion at its offices in the State Capi
tol, Atlanta, at meeting beginning at
10 o’clock A. M.. Wednesday. No
vember 19th, 1920, at which time all
parties interested will be afforded
an opportunity of being heard.
This notice is published in accord
ance with the requirements of the
Railroad Commission of Georgia.

which includes the war tax. Child
ren arc half price. When the doors
open again tonight at 7:30 a big
crowd is expected to be on hand.
Summerhill Baptists
Hold Excellent Session
LUMPKIN, Oct. 14.— The thir-
ty-second session of the Summerhill
Baptist association convened on
Tuesday with County Line church
near Lumpkin and held a most de
lightful session covering Tuesday
and Wednesday.
Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock
Rev. W. Frank Moore, pastor of the
church, preached the introductory
sermon. At noon a bounteous basket
dinner was served, and at 1 o’clock
the session opened for business
electing as its officers Rev. W. W.
Mabry, moderator; W. A. Fitzgerald,
clerk and E. L. Branner, treasurer.
The executive committe for the en
suing year is composed of Rev. J.
T. Herring, Messrs. R. J. Dixon, E.
L. Brawner, D. G. Bland and H. T.
Walton.
Wednesday, Rev. J. T. Herring
preached at 11 o’clock.

rious causes in which the association

churches within the bounds of this
