mxggmm Tiu irngfim he Great Piano Contest! $350 INSTRUMENT WILL BE GIVEN AWAY The News’ piano content is a topic of absorbing interest in Coweta County during these autumn days. It is attracting attention in every section of the county and among all classes of people. No newspaper published in the county has ever before attempted to inaugurate a con tent of this kind and no Coweta county paper has ever offered its sub scribers a prize approaching this piano in value. The public realizes that this splendid $350 piano is a prize worth contesting for; and the friends of a number of young ladies are determined to win the instru ment for their candidates. Thus the contest is daily increasing in in terest, and bids fair to become really exciting. The Clinton Piano the News proposes to award to the successful young lady, is a fine instrument. It is doubtless the best $350 piano on the American market; and has back of it the guarantee of a leading firm of piano manufacturers and of Prof. Chas. Astin, of Newnan, one of the Geor gia representatives of the makers. The piano is all we claim for it and sells at retail for $350; but the News is going to give it away to some young lady of Coweta county on Dec. 24, 1906. A little earn est effort on the part of some young lady and her friends will be re warded in this contest, and the prize is certainly worth striving for. CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST The conditions of the content are few and simple. For every dollar paid on subscription to the News 100 votes may be ca^t for any young lady residing in this county. A pro portionate numbsr of votes are allowed for fractions of a dollar. Subscription payments may date back as far as Jan. 1, 1905, and may date ahead as far as desired. No married woman is eligible to enter the content, but there is no age limit for the contestants. Votes are allowed only on’subscriptions to The News. No voting allowed on payment of any other class of accounts.
