That It was Incorporated by an or der and judgment bf this honorable Court on tho 3d day’ of Ssptember, 1901, as appears from the minutes of said Court, Book G, page 158, to which order apd judgment petitioner asks leave to refer and exhibit to the Court as often as may be necessary. 3. That petitioner, was incorporated under said Judgment for a period of twenty years, with the .privilege of renewal at the expiration thereof. 4.
