Askew Com pany shows— 1. That It Is a corporation of said county. 2. That it was incorporated by an or der and Judgment of this honorable Court on the 3d day of Ssptember. 1801, as appears from the minutes of said Court, Book G, page 168, to whloh order and judgment petitioner asks leave to refer and exhibit to the Court as often as may be necessary. 3. That petitioner was incorporated under said judgment for a period of twenty years, with the privilege of renewal at the expiration thereof. 4.
