HIGH SCHOOL NOTES.
One month is gone, and report cards
are out. All kinds of reports came out
Wednesday. Some of us. were pleasantly-
surprised, and some were not. All of
us are making resolutions now about
what we will do the coming month. Let
us hope that tlieso resolutions will be
kept.
Dr. Rembert G. Smith, pastor of ihe
First Methodist church, spoke to us in
chapel Mondny, using as his text John
21:13-17. He spoke of the necessary
essentials of leadership, “Loaders arc
needed everywhere,” ho said, “and there
are five things every leader must have—
intelligence, information, initiative, in
dependence, integrity”—and discussed
the great imjiortance of each. Rev.
J. E. Hannah, pastor of the Presbyterian
eliurcb, will speak to us next Monday.
Miss Annie Lou Coggin, of Atlanta,
