Lambert Monday- Our school dosed todny (Wednesday) for the Thanksgiving- holidays, and botli teachers and children are looking for ward to a hnppy time, Tho lower grades decorated their rooms with pumpkins, turkeys nud Thanksgiving posters. , , Mr. Hurry Mobley visited-Ills sister, Mrs. Maude Hcmbrlck; at McIntosh, Sunday. The young people gathered at tho home of Mr. P. C. Harris for a song service Sunday night, Mrs. W. E. Boggs, who suffered a stroke of paralysis last week, is still quite ill. Mr. Henry Harris, of Moreland, and Mr. DcWitt Harris,- of Surgent, have moved into our community. We arc glad to have Rev. V. A'. Ronrk back with ub ns pastor of the Methodist church for another year. Parents should come out and bring their children to Sunday-school. Tho in terest of the children depends largely on the interest shown by parents. — o 1 There will hot be any break between Senntor Watson und Gov. Hardwick if Hardwick can prevent it; but it is doubt ful if he will be able to shift all the faults of his administration and all cam; paign promises to the Legislature.
