their associates, desire to be incor

Callie Mining Cdlhpany, for the pe

sidewalks, water and electric works,
to carry on and maintain a general
mercantile business, to buy and sell
goods, wares and merchandise, cot
ton, corn, logs and lumber, and such
other articles as may be dealt in
by the said corporation, lo make
contracts, borrow money, loan mo
ney, sue and be sued and do any
and all acts that may be necessary
in the operation of said business,

seal.
