1923 on a certain promissory note,
dated that day, and said indebtedness
having been secured by a deed to real
estate hereinafter described, and said
deed containing a power of sale on
default of payment of the principal
and interest, and the note so given
being now past due and unpaid, notice
is hereby given that I will on the first
Tuesday in November 1923, within the
legal hours of sale, before the Court
house door, in the City of LaFayette
Georgia, offer for sale and sell the fol
lowing described property, to-wit: All
that tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the City of LaFayette. and
being town lots Nos 5 and 6 in Block
No. 23, in the W. T. Carley Survey of

land No 45, in the 7th District and 4th
Section, of Walker County Georgia.
Said property to be sold as the prop
erty of Mrs. Belle Ware under the
terms of the power of sale to satisfy
the said indebtedness, and to be sold

cash, and the proceeds of said sale to
be applied first to the payment of the
costs of the sale, and next to the pay
ment of the principal and interest due

PETITION FOR CHARTER

To the Superior Court of said county:
The petition of F. H. Kirby, D. W.
Stiles and Norman Shattuck, of said
county, shows to the court the follow
ing facts:
1. That petitioners, together with
their associates, desire to be incorpo
rated under the name of the North
Georgia Realty Company, for a period
of twenty years, with the hight to re
new said charter at the expiration of
said time. The object of said corpora
tion is pecuniary gain and to carry on
and maintain a real estate business, in
the City of LaFayette, and to buy
and'sell real estate and to hold real
estate, and to make contracts, borrow
money, loan money, sue and be sued,
and to do and perform any
and all things that may
be necessary to the successful oper
ation of said business.
2. The principal place of business
will be in the City of LaFayette, in
said Walker County.
3. The capital stock of said corpora
tion shall be Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars, divided into two hundred and
fifty shares of One Hundred Dollars
each, and they desire to begin busi
ness when ten per cent of the capital
stock is paid in. They also desire the
privilege of increasing the capital
stock to $100,000.00.
4. Petitioners desire that said corpo
ration may have the right to elect r
Board of Directors by a vote of its
stockholders, and to elect a President
Vice-President and Secretary am
