in the legal hours of sale, to the
highest ami best bidder for cash the
following described property, to-wit.:
All that tract or parcel of land ly
ing and being in the Bth
4th Section of W'alker County, Geor
gia, described as follows: Being lot
of land No. 24<i, except 6 acres reserv
ed by C F Edwards in deed to Wright
and Wright, dated Nov. 11, 1913, and
recorded in Book 27, page 271, in the
office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Walker County, Georgia; al
so 80 acres, more or less, and being
the north half of lot of land No. 259,
in said Hist, and Sect.; also the right
to use the Big Spring on the 0 acres
and also the Big Spring west of the
Lake. The mineral interests in said
land having been heretofore sold the
same is hereby excepted; also resi
dents lots sold prior to January 1,
1915 from said land are excepted.
Levied upon and to be sold as the
property of Wrights Mineral Spring
Company, to satisfy the judgment and
exception in favor of the American
Trust and Banking Company,
and transferred to Allman R. Wright.

Beginning at the northeast corner
of land lot No. 64; thence south 26°
west six chains and fifty links to a
stake corner; thence south eighty-nine
degrees and forty-two minutes west,
seven chains and sixty-nine and three
tenths links to a stake corner; thence
north twenty-five minutes east, six
chains and fifty links to a stone cor
ner; thence north eighty-nine degrees
and forty-two minutes east, seven
chains and sixty-nine and three tenths
links to beginning point. Said tract
containing five (5) acres, according to
survey and plat made by T. J. Scott,

enough cold weather in our part.

week-end with homefolks.
