tricts into one district known as the
Chattanooga Valley Consolidated
School District, and
Whereas, one-fourth of the patrons
of the said Chattanooga Valley Con
solidated School District have filed a
petition, as provided by law, object
ing to said consolidation and praying
that an election should be held to de
termine whether said consolidation
shall be effective, as provided by law,
Now, therefore, I hereby order an
election to be held on April 16, 1924,
at the voting place of the old Chatta
nooga Valley Militia District to de
termine whether said consolidation
shall become effective, as provided by
