cerned that Mrs Ellen Cannon Smith,
as Administratrix de bonis non with
will annexed of the Estate of Mack
G. Smith, deceased, has filed with
me an application to sell the follow
ing lands belonging to said estate, for
the purpose of paying debts, and
distributing the assets of the Estate
according to the terms of the will, it
being impossible to make a division
in kind; and that I will pass upon
said application in my office in Irwin
ton, Georgia, at the August term, 1941
of nay Court:
Description of property to be sold:
That lot of land located in Block No.
300 on Winship Steet adjacent to the
lot of Mrs Lilia Davis, in Macon,
Bibb County, Georgia, which is the
only lot in said Block owned by Mack
G. Smith at the time of his death.

less, lying in Passmore District of
