By virtue of an Order of the Ordin
ary of said State and County, there

scribed land in said county, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land ly
ing and being in the Town of Tooms
bero, Wilkinson County, Georgia,
known as the Shepherd Lot,Censisting
of one aCre, more or less, and bound
ed as follows: On the North by lands
of Eugene Lord; on the East by Shep
herd Alley or Street; on the South &
West by lands of H. E. Stephens.
Also one-third undivided interest
in all that parcel of land being parts
of lots No. 300 and No. 319 in the
Third land district of Wilkinson
County, Georgia, Contalving One|
Hundred Thirty five (135) acres.
more or less, and bounded as follows:
On the North by lands of Mrs, Col
lins; on the West by lands now or
formerly owned by Duncan and Col
lins; on the South by the Fossett
Place and Mrs. I G Prim; arnd on the
East by lands of Mrs. I. G, Prim.
Also one third undivided interest
in fifty acres of land off of lot No 346
in the Third land district of said State
and county, lving and being in the
south corner of said lot and known as
the J. W. Evans Sand Ridge Swamp
Lot.
Being the same tracts of land de
scribed in the deed from Julius W.
Evans to Mary A. Evans, recorded in
Deed Book F, Page 361, Wilkinson
County, Ga., deed records.
