Some members of the Rose Gar
den Club deserve a lot of credit,
and Ed Byington, though not a
member certainly should have
our heartfelt thanks. Mrs. Ralph
Culpepper, our president, says
we did our best, we spent our
last penny on it. But we’ll have
the lights for years to come.
Since they were for the church
the Georgia Power Company let
us have the lights at cost, which
