having applied to me for petition for
leave to sell the real estate of said
minors, this is to notify the creditors
kiedred, and any and all persons
whomsoever, that said application
will be passed upon at the March term,
1952, of the Court of Ordinary of said
County and that, unless cause is then
shown to the contrary, said leave will
be granted.

Because ot default in the indebt
edness described in the deed with
Power of sale from C. C. Beck to the
undersigned, dated January 4, 1951
and recorded in Deed Book 83, page
252, Wilkinson County deed records,
the undersigned will expose for sale to
the highest bidder for cash the lands
herinafter described on the First Tues
day in March, 1952 between the legal
hours of sale, before the courthouse
door in Irwinton, Wilkinson County,
Georgia. The proceeds from said sale
will be used for the payment of such
indebtedness as is now due, principal
and interest and the balance, it any
applied to that portion of the indebt
edness which will be due in the future
Said lands to be sold are as follows :
All that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the 327th District, G. M.
of Wilkinson County, Georgia, same
being a part of the lands conveyed by
C. C. Beck to Mrs. Mary Lee F. Walters
by the security deed dated January 4,
190 l and recorded in Deed Book 83,
page 252 of said count? records, contain
ing 15 acres, more or less, the metes
and bounds being as follows: B gin
ning at a point on said lands andon the
Irwinton, Georgia and Macon, Georgia
State Highway No. 57, 1233 feet west
of the center of the Irwinton and Jes.

Administrator of the Estate of Mrs
Bertha Arrington, represents to the
Court in his petition, duly filed and
entered on record, that he has fully
administered Mrs. Arrington’s estate.
This is therefor to cite all persons con
cerned, kindred and creditors, to show
cause, if any they can, why said Ad
ministrator should not be discharged
from bis administration, and receive
letters of dismission, on the first Mon*
day in March, 1952
