ENRICHED CORN MEAL ?
Looks like we'll have to go out of
the county to get enriched meal, con
taining vitamins and minerals which
make meal more healthful, a year ago
Agriculture Extension Service opened
this program and more than 141 000
bushels of meal have been enriched by
millers in 57 mills in 34 counties all
around Wilkinson, why? It costs less
thau S3O. to equip a small mill, and
3 cents per bushel for enrichment vi
tamins and minerals.
