Tuesday in October 1952, the follow

rict and 327th District G. M., of Wilk
inson County, Georgia, more particu
larly described in deed from W L. Sapp
to Bobbie Veal recorded in Book 74,
page 501 Clerk’s Office Wilkinson Su
perior Court. to which deed reference
is hereby made for purposes ol better
description.
Said land found in possession of
Bobbie Veal and levied on as his pro
perty to satisfy a fi. fa. against him
in favor of Atlas Finance Company,
Inc., from the Superior Court of Wil
kinson County, Georgia.

cite all persons concerned to show

the Ordinary of said County why the
prayers of the Petition should not be
granted.

Mrs. Sarah Burke Mercer, represents
