the legal hours es sale on the first
Tuesday in October 1952, the follow
ing property, te-wit:
10934 acres in the 4th Land Dist
rict and 327th District G.M., of Wilk
inson County, Georgia, more particu
larly described in deed from W.L. Sapp
to Bobbie Veal recorded in Book 74,
page 501 Clerk’s Office Wilkinson Su
perior Court, to which deed reference
is hereby made for purpeses of better
description.
Said land found in possession of
Bobbie Veal and levied on as his pre
perty to satisfy a fi. fa. against him
in favor of Atlas Finance Company,
Inc., from the Superior Court of Wil
kinson County, Georgia.
