GEORGlA—Wilkinson County.
The undersigned, under and by
virtue of an order from the Court of
Ordinary of Wilkinson County, Georgia,
will sell at pubiic outcry, on the first
Tuesday in January, 1953, at the
court - house door in said county,
between the legal hours of sale, to the
highest and best bidder for cash, the
following described property, to-wit:
A one-half (Lj) undivided int
erest in and to fractional Land Lots
N 0.324 No. 325, No. 326, and No.
335 in the Second Laud District of
Wilkinson County, Georgia, contain
ing Two Hundred Fifty ( 250 ) acres,
more or less, being a part of the lands
conveyed to L- E. Thompson on the
26th day of Mav, 1926 by the Cleve
land Oconee Lumber Company, by
deed of record in the office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of Wilkin
son County, Georgia, in Book 41 pages
109 and 110, and being a part of the
lands set aside to Mrs L.E. Thompson
and Robert R. Thompson as a years
support out of the Estate of L E. Tho
mpson at the January Term, 1936 of
of the Wilkinson Countv Court of
Ordinary, as will appear by reference

interest in and to all the timber
located on said above described prop
erty that will measure ten inches
( 10”) and over across the stump,
twelve inches (12”) above the ground,
at the time of cutting, being all the
timber, both pine and hardwood and
other trees suitable for sawmill and/
or blocking purposes, and that a per
iod of two (2) years will be given in
which to cut and remove said timber
and to exersise the usual sawmill and
blocking privileges during said period.
The undersigned will sell said
timber and said land separately, and
then sell said timber and said land
together, reserving the privilege of
accepting such sale or sales from which
the highest total price can be obtained
for such timber and such land.
