MRS BERTHA COOK HARDIE
Mru. Berth* C. Hardie, 49, died in
a MiHedgevilia hospital Feb 6th after
a long illness Funeral services were
held Sunday st Snow Hill Church the
Rev. W. M. Black officiating, and bur
ial was in the church cemetery.
Survivors include her husband. .1.
Preston Hardie, a daughter. Rath Har
die. b^th of Mclntyre; two sons, J. P.
and Joel J. Hardie; her father, three
brothers and six sisters.
MRS. MAMIE L. FEN NI NG TON
Funeral services for Mrs. Mamie
Lou Pennington, 70, were held at 3
p.m. Sunday at Macedonia Baptist,
Church. The Rev. George McFarland
officiated and burial was in Nunn and
Wheeler Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Au
gustus F. Pennington; one son, Torn
Pennington; a daughter. Mrs, C. D.
Sims and a brother, Hugh Parker of
Macon.
