be required to register and vote in the
district of his residence.
Moved and carried that twelve
o’clock noon. Eastern Standard Time
on the third day of July, 1954, be
set as the last day on which Candi
dates may quaiify for office with the
Committee, and that candidates qual
ify with the chairman of the Commit
tee on or before said time.
Moved and carried that each candi
date who shall qualify in said Prima
ry shall be assessed the amounts here
inafter set forth, the payment to bo
made upon qualifying:

Moved and carried that members
of the Democratic Executive Commit
tee be elceted from each militia Dis
trict at said Primary, in conformity
with the rules of the party and that
each candidate shall qualify with the
Chairman of this Committee on or be
fore the qualifying date above named
and shall pay to said Chairman the
sum of SIO,OO as qualifying fee.
There being n o further business
the meeting was adjourned.
