mobile, color black, motor number re
moved, owner unknown, said automo
bile seized by Sheriff in Wilkinson
County on June 2. 1954 while being
used to transport alcoholic liquors.
Ihe owner or lessee of said auto
mobile is hereby notified to be and
appear in Wilkinson Superior Court
within thirty duys from date to an- '
swer thia petition and show cause if
any they can why said automobile
should not be condemned.
