The new year is rolling away
very fastly. Nearly one month
gone and not a one of our “old
maids” off yet! This being
leap year has proved to no ad¬
vantage yet but we are hopeful
for the future. Some of the
boys were wearing broad smiles

something.
Clarence Hansird is on the sick
list at present. We hope for

last week by the sudden disap
pearence of one of our young
men. Lost, strayed or stolen.
The description is as follows:
Six feet tall; two and one-half
or three feet broad; two feet
thick; limps in left shoulder;
has blue eyes and auburn hair;
wears brown tie and when last
seen had on long overcoat. The
finder will be amply rewarded
by three young ladies if he is re¬
turned before Sunday next. This
being leap year is probably the
cause of his disappearance.
