TO OUR PATRONS.
In order to better meet the mails leav¬
ing Spring Place to the different post
offices in this county we have changed
the day of publication of the Jimp from
Thursday to Saturday.
By this change all our patrons in the
county will be enabled to get the paper
not later than the second day after it
pomes from the press.
We, also, hope to give you a better
paper than you have been getting and
believe that the change will be of bene¬
fit to all alike.
Cherries are getting ripe.
Raspberries will soon be litre.
Gass Pierce, of Cedar Ridge, was
in the city Sunday.
A good rain would be of great
benefit to the oat crop.
The weather is fine now on grow¬
ing crops of all kinds.
Torn Brown, a genial drummer,
was in town Thursday.
Sam Fincher made a business
