Wo find tho pauper farm as fol¬
lows: Three in mated who says

Two mules in good condition.
The buildings on said farm are in
bad conriitiou, in iaet, tho building
occupied by tho manager of said
. farm, needs repaying rIso the shed
on the south side of the barn needs
recovering, Tbe fencing on snid
farm is in bad condition and not
enough limbor on said farm to re
pair the fences. Tho land is in a
good state of cultivation, the creek
and ditch banks cleaned off' and
fenco corners cleaned out. The
manager of said farm bus made
csnsiderable improvement on the
said pauper farm since i! came into
his hands. We oonsid r this farm
a dead expense to the e maty and
racomend ihat it bo sold as soon
ns soon as practicable.
We find the court, house in good
condition. Wo recomend that a
mud hole n5ar the south west cor
ner of the court house be filled
with rock and dirt so as to prevent
water standing on or near said
norner.
Wc find the Jail and Jailer’s
house in good condition except
gome needed repairs on some wind
owe of the said iiousa and jail.
We recommend that better bed¬
ding be provided for 6uch priso¬
ners as may bo imprisoned in said
jail.
Wo find the Staph s corner now

te condition and recamend that,
the said properly be sold.
We recommend that the foimer

be continued as heretofore for the
