Fifth. The counties through which

ton, Cobb, Milton, Cherokee, Bartow,
Gordon, Murray, Whitfield and Catoosa,
in said state.
Sixth. The amount of the proposed
capital stock of said company is two
million eight, hundred thousand (2,800,

thousand (28,000) abates of one hun

Seventh. The number of years the
said company is to continue is one hull

apply for a charter for the incorpora¬
tion of said company by the publication
of this petition in one of the news pa¬
pers in which the sheriff’s advertise¬
ments are published in case there is a
news paper published in such county,
in each of the counties through which
such proposed road will probably run,
once a week for inur weeks before the
filing of this petition.
The petitioners request that they may
be incorporated under tho laws of the
state of Georgia, under the name and
the purposes in this petition stated.
