BPW Club was held Feb. 4 at
the Atlanta Army Depot Of
ficer’s Club. Mrs. Era Shields,
president, presided. Mrs. Shie
lds gave an interesting report
on the State Board Meeting
held in Albany Jan. 25-26, theme
being "Leadership - A Respon
sibility of Full Partnership.”

Mrs. Hayes, the former Syl
via Delphine, has lived in
Georgia for the past 9 1/2
years. She is the mother of
three children, Darryl, 7 1/2;
Mark, 5 1/2; and Harry 17
months. She is an intermedi
ate Sunday School teacher,
intermediate girls’ auxiliary
counselor.
Mrs. Hayes is currently
