GEORGIA, Clayton County:—
By virtue of an order from the
Court of Ordinary, said County,
will be sold at public outcry to the
highest bidder for cash, on the first
Tuesday in February, 1940, at the
Court House door in said County,
between the legal hours of sale, the
following property of the estate of
B. F Griffin, deceased:
“All that tract or parcel of land
lying and' being in Clayton County,
Georgia, being Shown as Lot 8 on
the plat of property of Crawford
Manson, located in Land Lots 173,
174, and 175 of the 13th District of
Clayton County, infade by W. W.
Royston on May 2, 1932, and re
cordere in Plat Book 1, page 87,
Clayton County records, and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the
Eastern side of the Macon land At
lanta Pavedi Highway with the
North line of said subdivision; run
ning thence East along the North
line of said subdivision, twenty
nine hundred (2900) feet, more or
less, to the Northeast corner of
Land Lot 175; running thence
South along the East line of said
Hand Lot 175, a distance of 360 feet
to the North line of Lot 7 of said
subdivision; running thence West
along the North line of said Lot 7,
a distance of 2840 feet, more or
less, to the Eastern side of said
paved highway; and running
thence Northerly along the Eastern
side of said paved highway 365 feet
to the point of beginning; contain
ing 26 acres, according to the plat
hereinbefore referred to.”
