NATIONAL AUTO DISMANTLERS INC
for a period of thirty-five years, with all
rights of renewal as provided by law.
The principal office of said corporation
shall be located in Clayton County, Ga
with the privilege ot establishing branch
offices and places of business elsewhere
both within and without the State of
Georgia.

The object of the corporation is pecun
iary gain to itself and its stockholders.

The principal business that the corpora
tion proposes to engage in is that of buy
ing, selling, storing, dismantling, recon
ditioning, repairing automobiles, motors
machinery and equipment and the recon
ditioning. repairing and storing of auto
motive machinery, and equipment, parts
and accessories and the sale of all types of
automotive machinery and equipment
parts; and to engage in all commercial
activities relating thereto.

The stock -of the corporation shall con
sist of two thousand five hundred 12.500)
shares of common stock of a par value oi
One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00)
per share, which stock shall be disposed of
by the corporation for cash or for such
consideration in property or services as
may be acceptable to the directors: the
said stock to be subject to such restrictions
or alienation as may be provided in the
By Laws or in contracts between share
holders.
6.
The corporation shall begin business with
not less than $90,000.00 in capital.

application be granted and that they be
incorporated under the name and upon
the terms specified, with all the rights

FESCUE AND CLOVER WINTER GRAZING
R. O. Lewis is making good
progress in soil and water con
servation on his farm located on
West Fayetteville Road by ad
justing land use according to Its
capabilities and applying the
needed treatment. During thfe
past six weeks he has cleared 12
acres of bottom land subject to
flooding with excessive rains to
be seeded to Ky-31 fescue grass
and giant white dutch clover in
early fall of this year.
After the area was cleared
with a bulldozier the table land
along a bold stream was built up
by filling with soil from nearby
areas with higher elevation. By
so doing gives the stream ca
pacity for carrying a larger
volume of water, with less
chance for overflowing.
In cooperation with the Upper
Ocmulgee River District Super
visors, is trying to carry out the
