Ever seen a cat’s nest? In a
tree? The cat belonging to the
Miller family on Linday Way,
has three kittens in the hollow
left by a broken off limb of a
tree in their yard about 20 feet
up. Mr. Miller uses a ladder to
help Mrs. Cat feed her family.
And last year another of their
cats used the same tree for her
nursery. Cute?
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Haynie
and friends, Mr. and Mrs. Billy
Mitchell, Becky, Debby and Allen,
spent the week-end of April
27-30 in the mountains near

That breath of fresh mountain
air was good in the heat wave J
that struck so suddenly.

The 4th • grade children at

Mrs. Kincheloe has indeed won
the hearts of her pupils, by her
kindness and understanding. She
goes to Tennessee where her
husband has been transferred,
taking with her the love and best
wishes of her many friends,
pupils and grade mothers who
have worked with her for the;
