At one time or another we’ve all asked directions of a passerby
... of people who live in the neighborhood which is strange
to us. Or at one time or another we've inquired about stops
along an unknown route . . . only to be told, on many oc
casions, that the person of whom we’ve asked advice doesn't
know how to direct us to wjiere we're going . . . though he
may have lived in that neck of the woods, or travelled that
route time and again.
There is a tendency among people to be concerned merely
with where THEY are, and where THEY are going . . . in
stead of being equally interested in the course of others.
When we limit our horizons to strictly personal destinations
we overlook the most important mission in life . . . guiding
and helping our brothers. So let us try not to be occupied
with only where WE come from and where WE are going
. let us also open our hearts and minds to helping others
find their way, and through these efforts our. own PATH to

GENERAL PRESENTMENTS,
MAY TERM 1956,
CLAYTON COUNTY GRAND JURY
We, the Grand Jury of the May Term
of Clayton Superior Court, wish to
thank Judge Clarence Vaughn for his
able charge to this body, and to the
Honorable Clarence Reeler. .Asst. Solicitor
General, for their valuable assistance to
this body in disposing of matters brought
before us.
We have read the report of the Juvenile
Court, and find that there are a number
of cases in which the children need
special attention which requires money
that is not available from the County. To
date interested citizens have contributed
to the rehabilitation or these eases. We
recommend that those people who are
interested in making contributions to this
cause contact the Judge of Juvenile Court
and the Clayton County Youth Council
which is being formed. We also sug
gest Church, Civic Clubs, and other or
ganizations lend their aid and support
to this growing need.
We recommend to the governmental
bodies in our County take the necessary
steps to set up, and enforce a curlew
similar to that now in force in the City
of Atlanta. This is more badly needed
now since the initiar-on of this program
in the City of Atlanta will cause younger
people to come to our County if hot put
into effect here.

THE TRUTH ABOUT
NAACP
Last week I wrote Dictatorship was fast taking
over by the sedative of NATO, UNESCO Socialism,
Communism, NAAP’ism and United Nationism, with
th«r same objective in mind destroying your constitu
tion, your freedom, your liberty, and even to the depth
of deforming your' children with the afflication of
mongrelism.
First, let’s analyze NAACP’ism: In August, 1956
in an issue of Colliers magazine the NAACP makes
this statement: “That Eastland and Talmadge must
be stopped regardless to what means or method.” Now,
let’s see why they must be stopped. The NAACP has
already outlined their reasons in Colliers magazine.
Read it, analyze it! That’s their tale. Now, here is the
real reason: Talmadge and Eastland have the guts
to expose the real negro. The Real Negro is not the
negro you and I know. The negro you and I know
has black skin. But, the “Real Negro” has white skin,
he is the white man who is far blacker than the negro
not in skin but in heart for he has degraded himself
so low that he has stooped to degrade the negro and
ignorant white people, in order to gain the 30 pieces
of silver and get them to furnish the money to take
their freedom, their liberty and even their birth
rights of being a pure race whether it be white or
black.
Now, why in Alabama would they defy the court
to keep the court from seeing their membership? Cer
tainly no negro member would object for he has been
taught that it was the highest degree of honor to
furnish the money and be a member. So, certainly he
would be glad for people to know he was a member
and he doesn’t object to people knowing he is a member
of his Church for God. In the good Book the
bible taught him it was right to belong to the Church.
The NAACP has taught him it was a high honor to be
a NAACP member. So, there would be no objection
there.
Here is the real reason they are trying to protect
that membership. It is to keep the black-skinned negro
from knowing that the white negro had connived with
his negro leaders to deceive him and to get him to
furnish the money to cut his own throat with and to
destroy his own heritage —a pure negro race.
If the United States Supreme Court were to come
up with a decision that they were going to have acid
thrown in every white child’s face to deform it, and
every negro child’s face to deform it, every white man
and every negro man would not sit down and holler
“it’s the Law of The Land.” Neither would our leaders
and politicians sit down and holler “it’s the law of the
Land.” It would be one of the fastest Legion organiza
tion in anybody’s time. I doubt if God could call the
angels in heaven together much faster for a battle.
But they come up with a decision to deform our chil
dren with much greater defqrmity than that of throw
ing acid in their faces for a plastic suigeon could
patch up the burns of that pretty good. But, they
would have our children deformed throughout eter
nity, even to the depths of hell. For they would be
a strange flesh not known to God except through sin
and blasphemy, and God would say to them “Depart
unto the Devil and his angels from which you came
unto the Lake of Fire which burneth forever and
ever.”
Wake up and join your States Rights Councils!
Be ready to let your Supreme Court, your President,
and your politicians and their cohorts and counter
parts the United Nationsisms know that you are wise
to their wicked ways and organizations. Battle in every
court in the land legally and otherwise let them know
that you have thrown off cowardice and have no in
tentions of dying of fear.
