shall be divided into 200 shares of com
mon stock of the face or par value of

assessable. Petitioners desire the privi
lege of increasing capital stock of said
Corporation to 1,000 shares of common
stock to the par value of $100.03 each
so that the total capital will be $100,000.00
by a majority vote of the stock out
standing at the time at a meeting duly
called for the purpose.

The first class will be held
Tuesday, January 31, 1961, at the
City Hall counsel room. The
course will be held for six weeks
with Bill Guice and Betty Jo
Bing as the instructors.
The First Aid Booklet, costing
75c, is the only charge for the
course and then may be kept
