Youth Day Safety Clinic
Set for Saturday, June 9th
The Clayton County Area Safety Council will sponsor another YOUTH DAY SAFETY
CLINIC Saturday, June 9 at the International Raceway.
It was the intention of the combined organizations to do this only once each year,

Concert Choir and Chorus,i

parts. He has been active in:
Stover Theatre presentations,
his most recent being a leading
role in “The Bartered Bride,”
Whitmire’s program included:

Geliebte,” Mozart’s “Deh Vieni
Alla Finestra,” and “Finch’ Han
Dal Vinno;” Ravel’s “Don Qui
chotte A Dulcinee,” Obradors’
“La Mi Sola, Laureola,” “Oh, Que
Buen Amor, Saber Yoglar!”
“Tres Morillas,” and “El Vito.”
Other selections were:

pire,” “Serenity,” and ‘“Charlie
Rutlage.”

[trials and the Race of Champions

| One adult is admitted free\
with each group of five or more
children. There is no charge for
| parking. The regular Saturday
time trial charge of two dollars
will be in effect after 11 a.m.

Engagement Told
Mr, and Mrs. W, T. Cargile of
Forest Park announce the en
gagement of their daughter,
Mary Estelle, to Vernon D.
Wasson of Decatur.
Miss Cargile is employed at
Park’s House of Good Foods, and
Mr. Wasson is with a Specialty
Supply Co. in Atlanta.
The wedding has been set for
June 10 at Rock Springs Bap

vision, U.S.A.”, highlights tele
vision’s most enjoyable pro~
grams, namely “Walt Disney’s

even the magical ballet in full
splendor “Cinderella” will be
featured.
The 214 pupils participating
have expressed the belief that
this year’s review will be most
outstanding.
