Chiropractic
By Dr. Henry L. Foley |
How is the Chiropractic ad
justment given?
Having determined, by the
use of X-Ray and nerve pres-
sure i n s t r u
ments, that a
subluxation ex
ists, a Chiro
practor makes
a careful study
of the position
of the mis
aligned ver
tebra. Certain
moveme n t s
must be em
ployed for the
correction of this deviation.
Application of the adjustic
'move consists of a quick, spon
taneous move with the hand
upon the bony process of sub
luxated vertebra. Effect of this
thrust is to move the vertebra
back in proper position, and
spontaneity of the thrust also
serves to restore to a balanced
tonicity the ligaments of either
side of the vertebra, thus per
mitting it to return to its proper
position. Health is the natural
result.
If you are suffering from any
abnormality, you owe it to your
self to investigate Chiropractic.
