The general nature of the business or
businesses to be transacted by the cor
poration is that of buying, selling, ex
changing, leasing, and improving real
estate with all the usual and necessary
services for itself and others; and to en
gage in all phases and types of financing,
real and personal property; and to en
gage in the handling of all phases and
all types of insurance; also the said cor
poration shall have the right to conduct
any other business or businesses of any
nature whatsoever that are lawful in
cluding the power to buy, hold for in
vestment, sell, lease, rent and otherwise
deal in properties of every kind and
description, whether real or personal,
either in its own behalf or as agent

That the maximum number of shares
of stock which the corporation shall be
aythori?ed to have outstanding at any
time shall be 100 shares of non par com
mon stock. Consideration for said stock
may be either money, property or serv
ices or a combination of the same, the
evaluation thereof to be determined by
> the Board of Directors, except that the
initial stock issue shall be issued for
such consideration as shall be acceptable
solely to the incorporators.
The amount of capital with which the
corporation shall begin business will be
not less than $200.00, which may be paid
either in cash or property, the value of
such property to be determined by the
incorporators.

For the corporation- are desired all of

be, granted by the laws of Georgia to
