WHEREAS on July 25, 1946, Hugh
David Hardeman executed and delivered
to Atlanta Federal Savings and Loan
Association a promissory note for the
principal sum of $7,250.00, bearing in
terest from date at the rate of 4% per
annum, payable in monthly installments
of $45.01 each, the first- of said install
ments coming due January 25, 1947, and
one installment maturing on the same
day of each successive month thereafter
until the entire indebtedness evidenced
by said note had been paid in full. Said
note further provided that each monthly
installment shall be applied, first, to any
interest due and the remainder of said
installment shall be applied to the pay
ment of the principal of said note; and
WHEREAS in order to secure said
note Hugh David Hardeman on July 25,
1946, executed and delivered to Atlanta
Federal Savings and Loan Association
a deed to secure debt which is recorded
